Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 23, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LRG Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Lead Masters ("Lead Masters", "we", "us"). They cover:
- our website at leadmasters.org; and
- our mobile field-service application, currently distributed as JobSnap, together with its web management panel (the "App").
Marketing, SEO and other services we perform for clients are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, that agreement controls.
By using our website or the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Part 1: Our website
Using the site
You may view and use this website for your own business or personal purposes. You must not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, Lead Masters or its licensors own the content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software. You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, copy or redistribute our content without our written permission.
Links
You may link to our website, provided the link does not suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist and does not appear in a context that is unlawful or misleading. We may ask you to remove a link at any time.
Our website and the App may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. How we use them, and how to disable them, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Part 2: The App
What the App is for
The App helps trade and service businesses run their work: estimates, quotes, scheduling of crew and equipment, work orders, job completion with photographs, invoicing, review requests, and posts to the business's own Google Business Profile.
Accounts
An account belongs to a business. The business owner creates the account and may add staff members, each with a role that determines what they can see and do.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity carried out through your account or the accounts of your staff. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
The business owner is responsible for managing their staff's access, including removing access when someone leaves.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the App. In particular, you must not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to another business's information, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, resell access to it without our agreement, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Deleting your account
The business owner can request deletion of the business account from within the App or by emailing us. What happens then, and how long information is kept, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or remove features of the App. We aim to give notice of significant changes, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted. The App stores work on your device so it can be used without a signal, and syncs when a connection is available; we do not guarantee that synchronisation will always succeed.
Our rights in the App
The App, its software, design, branding and content are owned by Lead Masters or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App while your account is active and in line with these Terms. No other rights are transferred to you.
Part 3: Your customers' information
You use the App to hold information about your own customers — names, addresses, contact details, job records and photographs of work at their property.
That information stays yours, and remains your responsibility. You decide what to collect and enter, and you are responsible for having the right to collect and use it and for meeting your own obligations to those customers. We process it on your behalf to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use it for our own marketing and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for the content of quotes, invoices, messages and posts created through the App, including anything sent to your customers on your instruction.
Part 4: Google Business Profile
If you connect a Google Business Profile, you confirm that you are authorised to manage that profile.
The App creates draft posts from completed jobs. Nothing is published until you approve it. You are responsible for the content of any post you approve, and for making sure it complies with Google's own policies for Business Profile content.
You can disconnect at any time, in the App or through your Google Account. Posts already published remain on your profile and are managed by you in Google.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Part 5: Fees and cancellation
Some accounts are provided as part of an existing Lead Masters services agreement. Others are paid by subscription. The fees, billing period and plan that apply to you are those agreed when the account was set up or subsequently changed.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded for a partial period.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account with unpaid fees, or where required for security or by law. We will give reasonable notice where it is practical to do so.
If you use the App to invoice your own customers, that money is between you and them. We are not a party to it, we do not collect it, and we are not responsible for collecting it.
Part 6: Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and the App are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website or the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular result — including any search ranking, visibility or business outcome — will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website or the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your keeping of records
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and backed up, but you remain responsible for retaining your own business records as your circumstances and the law require.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Lead Masters against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms, from content you enter or publish through it, or from your obligations to your own customers.
Part 7: General
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and where a change materially affects account holders we will also tell them by email or in the App. Continuing to use the website or the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account as described above. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or where we discontinue the App, giving reasonable notice where practical.
If part of these Terms cannot be enforced
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it.
