Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LRG Enterprises LLC, doing business as Lead Masters ("Lead Masters," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects information. It covers:

  • our website, leadmasters.org, and our marketing and SEO services;
  • our mobile field-service application, currently distributed as WinWork by Lead Masters, and its web management panel (together, the "App"); and
  • information we receive from Google when a business connects its Google Business Profile to the App.

Part 1: Our website and services

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name and details you send us through forms, email, phone calls or meetings.
  • Access you grant us. If you are a client, you may give us access to accounts such as your Google Business Profile or website analytics so we can carry out the services you hired us for.
  • Usage information. When you visit our website, we collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and how long you stay.

How we use it

  • To provide, manage and improve our services.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide support.
  • To send marketing emails, only where you have agreed to receive them.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it.

When a client gives us access to one of their business accounts, we use that access only to perform the work the client engaged us for. The client can remove our access at any time from that account's own settings.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects usage information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Marketing email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop at any time by contacting us.

Part 2: The App

The App helps trade businesses run estimates, quotes, scheduling, jobs, invoicing, review requests and Google Business Profile posts. It is used by business owners and their staff, such as salespeople and crew members.

Information about businesses and their staff

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, role in the business and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form. We cannot read them.
  • Business information: business name, contact details, logo, services, crew, equipment, schedules and settings.
  • Technical information: device type, operating system and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the App.

Information about a business's own customers

Businesses use the App to manage their own customers, so the App stores information about people who do not use the App themselves. This can include a customer's name, address, phone number, email address, estimates, quotes, invoices, job notes and photographs of work carried out at their property.

For this information, we act on behalf of the business using the App. The business decides what to enter and is responsible for having the right to collect and use it. We use it only to provide the App to that business. For example, we send a quote, invoice or review request to a customer when the business asks the App to. We do not use a business's customer information for our own marketing, and we do not sell it.

If you are a customer of a business that uses the App and have a question about your information, please contact that business first. We will help the business respond.

Photos

With your permission, the App uses your device's camera to take photographs of jobs, such as before and after photos. Photos are saved on the device and uploaded to our servers when a connection is available. Photos are visible to the business they belong to and may be used in Google Business Profile posts, but only after the business owner approves the post (see Part 3).

Location

With your permission, the App records your device's location at the moment a job or estimate photo is taken. It does not track your location at any other time, and it does not run in the background. We use this location to work out the general neighbourhood or town where the work took place, using the Google Maps Platform. Precise coordinates and street addresses are never published in Google Business Profile posts; only the general area is.

You can decline or turn off location permission in your device settings at any time. Photos still save without it.

Information stored on your device

So that the App works without a signal, it stores job information on your device and syncs it with our servers when a connection is available. Reminders about upcoming jobs and estimates are scheduled on your device itself. Information stored by the App on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Businesses can connect their own Stripe account to send invoices to their customers, and businesses that pay for the App are billed through Stripe. Card details are entered on pages provided by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers. We receive the information needed to record payments, such as invoice amounts, payment status and the customer's name and email address.

Who can see what inside a business

Access within the App depends on each person's role. For example, crew members see the jobs they are booked on, and pricing and payment amounts are not sent to their devices.

Service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the App:

  • Hosting: servers operated by us or our hosting provider, where App data and photos are stored.
  • Stripe: invoicing and payments.
  • Google Maps Platform: address suggestions while typing an address, and converting a photo's location into a neighbourhood name.
  • Brevo: delivering emails such as review requests.
  • Google Business Profile: publishing posts, only for businesses that connect it.

The App does not contain advertising or third-party analytics software. Post drafts are written by our own software, and job information is not sent to third-party artificial intelligence services.

How we use App information

  • To provide, operate and sync the App.
  • To send quotes, invoices and review requests when a business directs it.
  • To provide support and important service messages.
  • To keep the App secure and prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To maintain and improve the App.
  • To comply with the law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Part 3: Google user data

This section applies only when a business owner chooses to connect a Google Business Profile to the App.

What we access

With the owner's permission, granted through Google's own sign-in screen, the App accesses the Google Business Profile accounts and locations that the owner manages, and is able to publish posts to the location the owner selects.

How we use it

We use this access only to show the owner their locations so they can choose one, and to publish posts the owner has reviewed and approved. No post is ever published without the owner's approval. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.

How we store and protect it

The authorisation Google provides is stored on our servers in encrypted form and is used only by the part of our system that publishes approved posts.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. We do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our staff do not read it, except with the owner's permission, where necessary for security or to investigate abuse, or where required by law.

Disconnecting

An owner can disconnect Google Business Profile at any time in the App, or by removing the App's access at myaccount.google.com/connections. When the connection is removed, we delete the stored authorisation. Posts that were already published stay on the Business Profile and can be managed or removed in Google.

Limited Use

Lead Masters' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep information

  • While an account is active: we keep App information for as long as the business uses the App. A business can delete individual records, such as customers, jobs and photos, at any time.
  • When a subscription ends: we keep the business's information for 60 days in case the business returns, then delete it.
  • When deletion is requested: we delete the business account and its information within 30 days of confirming the request.
  • Google Business Profile authorisation: deleted as soon as the connection is removed or the account is deleted.
  • Exceptions: we may keep limited records for longer where the law requires it, such as billing and tax records, and only for as long as required. Copies in routine backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
  • Website enquiries and client records: kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services and meet our legal and business obligations.

Deleting your account

The owner of a business account can ask us to delete the account and all of its information by emailing info@leadmasters.org from the email address on the account. We may ask you to confirm the request. Deletion happens within 30 days, as described above.

Staff accounts are managed by the business owner, who can remove them in the App. Staff members who want their information deleted should ask the business owner. If you are a customer of a business that uses the App, please contact that business.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information; and
  • stop sending you marketing email.

Email info@leadmasters.org. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

We protect information with measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and role-based access within the App. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children

Our website, services and App are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will also tell account holders by email or in the App.
