Win Work by Lead Masters
Google Business Profile

Your profile stays busy without anybody sitting down to write.

Win Work connects to the Google Business Profile of the business using it, and publishes posts built from jobs that business has actually completed. Here is exactly what that means, in both directions.

How the connection is made

The business owner signs in with Google and grants Win Work permission to manage their Business Profile. They choose which location it applies to. The permission can be withdrawn from their Google account at any time, and nothing else on their account is touched.

What gets posted

A short description of the work completed, photos the crew took on that job, and the general area it was in. The draft is generated from the job record and the owner reads every one before it publishes.

What never leaves the business

Goes on the post
  • The service performed, in plain words
  • Photos taken by the crew on that job
  • The town or neighbourhood
  • A link back to the business, if the owner adds one
Never goes on the post
  • The customer's name
  • The street address of the property
  • What the job cost, quoted or invoiced
  • Anything at all before the owner has read it

Why posting matters

A Business Profile is not a listing you fill in once. It is ranked partly on whether it looks like a business that is currently trading — recent posts, fresh photos, reviews arriving. A profile that last said anything in March reads as a business that might have stopped.

This is the advice we have given as an SEO agency for years. Win Work is that advice, automated, for the one industry least able to act on it.

The owner is always the editor

Posting is never silent and never automatic. Every draft waits for the owner. They can rewrite it, swap the photo, or throw it away — and a business that would rather post nothing this week simply does not approve anything.

It is their profile. The app's job is to remove the blank page, not to take the keys.

Where the post comes from

Every post traces back to a real job in the app — a customer who accepted a quote, a crew who turned up, photos taken on site and a job marked complete. Win Work has nothing to post about work that did not happen. See how a job moves through the app.
